“NANOOK of the NORTH: A Story of Life and Love in the Actual Arctic”

 

This film is the first long documentary film in the world. The documentary follows the lives of an Inuk, Nanook, and his family. It is a heartwarming story which the family help with each other as they survive the harsh environment in Canada.

This is the 1922 American silent documentary film by Robert Flaherty. Therefore, the film will be shown with live violin accompaniment by a violinist Mr. SUZUKI Takashi.

They will also hold a trio concert of a violin, a trumpet, and a piano.
