Yamagata City of Film supports young generations to organize activities and events to revitalize Yamagata City!
“Addition to our Music Festival, we will create a joy of film at the central Yamagata.”
“We will bring back films to the Cinema Street where we no longer have cinemas.”
OTONARU YAMAGATA ’18 is a music festival organized by students at Tohoku Univeristy of Arts and Design. For this year, they are planning to collaborate music and film for Yamagata City has been designated as a member of the UNESCO Creative Cities Network in the field of Film on Oct, 2017.
